Drager Tubes are glass vials filled with a chemical reagent that reacts to a specific chemical or family of chemicals. A calibrated 100 ml sample of air is drawn through the tube with the Dräger Accuro bellows pump. If the targeted chemical(s) is present the reagent in the tube changes color and the length of the color change typically indicates the measured concentration. The Dräger Tubes System is the world's most popular form of gas detection. These hydrogen sulphide (H2S – 2/b) short-term detection tubes have a measurement range of 1 to 60 ppm. The Draeger Tube Hydrogen Sulfide 2/b 8101961 is high precision. The Dräger sampling tubes and systems provide very reliable results, even with complex compounds and mixtures of substances.

The tubes have a shelf life of 2 years and come in a pack of 10 tubes.

Extension of the Measuring Range:

• Using n = 2, divide the reading by 2; the measuring range will be 1 to 30 ppm.
